• Customers must only transfer money to the bank account shown when creating a purchase order or deposit order.

• Each order will have a unique QR code for payment, and each QR code can only be used once.

• Payment must be completed within 15 minutes after creating the order to ensure automatic processing. If payment is not made within 15 minutes, you should create a new order to avoid errors.

• Money transferred to the account on Website: thegioiso007.net is non-refundable and will be processed by the admin adding the balance to your account.

• If you deposit money to the wrong account, it cannot be recovered. Please double-check before making a transfer.

• eSIMs are non-refundable once purchased.

• Each eSIM QR code can normally only be scanned once for activation. Do not delete the eSIM after adding it (once deleted, it cannot be restored).

• Service time is calculated as 0–24h per day based on UTC+8 (contact Admin for details of each package).

• Internet connectivity for eSIMs and SIM cards is only guaranteed when you are in areas with good signal coverage on land.

• For Max packages (Max5, Max10), data ranges from 10GB to 100GB/day depending on the country, with maximum speeds of about 5Mbps (Max5) and 10Mbps (Max10).

• In the event of disputes, our decision will be final.
